My minion friend Jervois has just sent off the DVDs at the post office(At his own expense tee-hee-hee). Select personnel should be getting them within the week. Make sure you distribute them!

Remember that sociology test I was ranting about in my previous entries? Well, I managed to get 92/100 without studying. I've somehow convinced myself that if I studied, I might actually be able to get better than that.

Therefore, being more homesick and sian than ever lately (As epitomized by my indulgence in Tosai tonight), I've turned to doing my school work on a regular basis as some form of distraction - Except that I usually end up surfing the net mindlessly for cheap cameras most of the time... Which is turning out to be more oxy-moronic than anything... In the league of Singaporean beauty and American intelligence. Anyhow, I'm trying to get my life (Or lack thereof) in order and come to terms with the reality of being an exilee (Is there even such a word?) - I haven't been too successful though; not to get into an emo-angst rampage but I still miss sunny isle: Yes, even with its new, strategically-timed GST hike after the acquisition of a certain strong mandate.

Hey, what can I say? Nothing's free in life - And HDB upgrades offered during elections are not exceptions.

8 Things I need to do in my life:

1. Take up photography
2. Learn how to drive
3. Pick up a musical instrument
4. Go hikking and do random stuff more
5. Study for the first time in my life
6. Get a life - Also for the first time
7. Find a church
8. Be less emo, homesick and self-pitiful (All three are related)

On other fronts, I've finally managed to create teh that is vaguely authentic! Huzzah. Basically, it involves me buying expensive British 'Benteley' tea instead of the typical Liptons. It's pretty pricey but I reckon good teh is worth every penny (:

Oh, and ummm... Did I mention? I have final exams next week?

Its wierd but I'm not getting that same ACSI 'Oh shit we have exams next week' syndrome. Either I've studied too hard and I dont feel like I'm screwed or...
